Beyond his professional endeavors, Gordon is a family man and a devout Christian. In 1991, he married his high school sweetheart, Shannon Field McKernan, and together they have been blessed with four children: Riley, Meredith, Charlotte, and John Gordon. He values spending time with his loved ones and enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, golfing, fishing, and hunting.
